Since inception in 2007, REVOLUTION9, formerly known as Number 9 Salon, has been fueled by a pulse comprised of collaboration, creativity, and customer care.
Our roots trace back to a modest studio, birthing a vision to be St. Petersburg’s beacon of beauty and style. As years turned to decades, our core values remain steadfast, upheld by a team rich in experience, encompassing educators, master stylists, and emerging talents. Every day unfolds a fresh chapter, committed to delivering an unparalleled hair journey for all who grace our doors.
Alex is absolutely the best. Masterful with short hair. She listens and truly cares about her clients. Can’t recommend highly enough.

THE GENESIS OF ‘REVOLUTION9'
Every name has a story. This is ours.
In search of a name that encapsulates our spirit, a serendipitous evening led us to The Beatles' experimental track "REVOLUTION9." The chant of "Number 9" was more than just a musical phrase—it held deeper symbolism. Resonating with our inaugural location and the significance of 'nine' in our personal history, we initially embraced the identity of 'Number 9 Salon'.
The resonance of 'nine' became clear, symbolizing both excellence and transformation that perfectly mirrors our mission and commitment to diverse hair aspirations.
This commitment to hairstyling, ever-evolving yet timeless, motivated our recognition that the term "REVOLUTION" better mirrored our industry's dynamic nature and our dedication to challenging the status quo. In 2023, inspired by these realizations, we officially rebranded to 'REVOLUTION9', honoring both our origins and our forward-looking aspirations in the beauty realm
